Spectator Information – Indoor Season 2022
During the 2022 indoor season, the number of athletes and spectators attending events will be limited, in line with current COVID-19 guidance for indoor events. Whilst scottishathletics appreciates that parents, family members and friends will want to support competing athletes, we also need to provide the safest atmosphere possible for those participating, and this means restricting spectator access at this time. We hope to return to full stands of spectators for the Summer’s outdoor events.
All athletes may be accompanied by ONE spectator on the day of any event. Spectators must arrive and leave with the athlete. Coaches supporting competing athletes will be able to attend in addition to spectators, but will still be asked to name the athlete(s) they are there to support whilst registering.
All spectators and coaches must register online in advance of each event through the individual portal. There will be NO pay-on-the-day option.
Registration Process
1. Log into your user portal (if you are not already registered, please sign up. You do not need to become a member but you do need a SportServe account to register)
2. Navigate to this fixture via the "Fixture" tile
3. Click "Book Online"
4. Complete the online booking form
5. Once registered, save a copy of your confirmation e-mail as you will need to show this on arrival to gain entry to the event
If you experience online registration problems please email: events@scottishathletics.org.uk prior to the day of the event.Emails submitted after 12 noon on the Friday prior to any event weekend may not receive a reply as the Events Team will be away preparing for the event.
Spectator Fees
· Spectator fees: £3 per day
· Coach members of scottishathletics: Free
As athletes may be accompanied by one spectator only, there are no separate rates available for under 16s.

scottishathletics reserve the right to review and amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice or consultation. As a policy, scottishathletics does not provide refunds.
