Spectators / Coaches / Team Managers
scottishathletics actively encourages spectators to attend our events and have set up dedicated spectator pages for all winter indoor fixtures (accessed via the fixture listings).
We encourage all spectators to register in advance via the dedicated fixture listings but are pleased to offer a payment (Card only) option on the day.
Costs
£3 for advanced spectator tickets
£4 for on the day card payments (including coaches)
FREE for advanced Coach tickets for Coach members of scottishathletics
FREE for identified Team Managers
Coaches with a valid UKA Coaching Licence will receive a wristband to allow access to the Warm UP area.
For SUPERteams, one Coach/Team Manager should be appointed per team (may be a qualified coach or a volunteer, as decided by the club). This person should also register via this process and will be declared on the athlete declarations form on the day.
They will accompany the team around each of their four events on the day, and may be asked to assist with some officiating duties whilst their team competes.
Registration Process
1. Log into your user portal (if you are not already registered, please sign up. You do not need to become a member but you do need a SportServe account to register)
2. Navigate to this fixture via the "Fixture" tile
3. Click "Book Online"
4. Complete the online booking form
5. Once registered, save a copy of your confirmation e-mail as you will need to show this on arrival to gain entry to the event
If you experience online registration problems please email: events@scottishathletics.org.uk prior to the day of the event. Emails submitted after 12 noon on the Friday prior to any event weekend may not receive a reply as the Events Team will be away preparing for the event.

scottishathletics reserve the right to review and amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice or consultation. As a policy, scottishathletics does not provide refunds.
