Entries:

Entries will close at 1700hrs on Thursday 6th June, but may close earlier if capacity is reached. No late entries will be accepted. If you experience any online entry problems please email events@scottishathletics.org.uk before 1700hrs on the closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.  If an entry is not followed by two confirmation e-mails (entry information and payment), please contact us as your entry may not have been fully completed.

All entries must be submitted online by clubs through the club portal. There will be no entries accepted on the day. Clubs are asked to identify a pool of eligible athletes at the point of entry, and will confirm their final teams from the pool of  entered athletes at declarations on the day of the event. This means clubs should register any athlete who they may wish to attend on their entry, as their final teams will be selected from this list.

Entry Fees: £14 per relay team

All clubs are limited to a maximum of 2 teams per age group per event. If a club wishes to enter more than 2 teams per age group in a particular event, please contact us ahead of the closing date on events@scottishathletics.org.uk to register your interest.  Additional teams will be allocated following the closing date, if space allows.

Affiliation

Please note, athletes will not be able to enter if their membership to scottishathletics is out of date, and/or if they have any other outstanding monies due to scottishathletics. If an athlete’s membership has expired, or is set to expire before the date of the competition, they must renew in order to be eligible to enter. Clubs can also renew memberships on behalf of their members via the club portal’s ‘Athlete List’ if they wish.

All participating clubs must be affiliated to scottishathletics for the current competition year.
